• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners with manual handling techniques to prevent injury.
• Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Document completed tasks accurately in logs or reports, ensuring accountability and consistency across all housekeeping activities.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate eager to learn.
• Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with client communication and service delivery.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, dusting methods, and outdoor work experience will support your success in this role.
