Housekeeping Attendant

Job Overview

• Role: Housekeeping Staff / Room Attendant
• Primary Goal: To keep residential units, hallways, and common facilities sanitary, safe, and visually presentable for residents, owners, or guests.
• Work Setting: Condominium buildings, private residential suites, short-term rentals (AirBnB/staycations), or managed property units.

Key Responsibilities

• Unit Cleaning & Sanitization: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures; clean and disinfect bathrooms (toilets, showers, and sinks) and kitchens.
• Bedding & Laundry: Strip, wash, dry, iron, and replace bed linens, pillowcases, and towels.
• Waste Management: Empty wastebaskets and trash bins regularly, and dispose of garbage according to building segregation and recycling rules.
• Restocking Supplies: Refill bathroom toiletries, cleaning materials, guest amenities, or pantry essentials as requested.
• Common Area Upkeep (if assigned to building staff): Clean lobbies, elevators, hallways, stairwells, and shared building facilities.
• Reporting & Maintenance Check: Inspect units for property damage, broken fixtures, or plumbing/electrical leaks, and report them immediately to building management or the owner.
• Guest / Resident Relations: Handle requests or feedback politely and maintain strict discretion and trustworthiness when entering private units.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some employers may accept open backgrounds with relevant training).
• Experience: Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hotel room attendance is preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Knowledge of proper cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and equipment (vacuum cleaners, mops, etc.).
• Physical stamina (ability to bend, kneel, reach, and lift cleaning equipment or supplies).
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability.
• Trustworthiness, honesty, and good communication skills.

Pay: Php755.00 per day
