- Memastikan seluruh area bebas dari debu, kotoran, dan sampah.
- Melakukan pengecekan kebersihan dan kelengkapan kamar sebelum tamu datang.
- Menangani permintaan tamu yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan housekeeping.
- Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian peralatan kerja.
- Mengelola linen kotor dan bersih sesuai prosedur.
- Melaporkan kerusakan fasilitas kepada atasan.
- Melaporkan barang tertinggal milik tamu sesuai prosedur.
- Menjaga dan menggunakan peralatan serta bahan cleaning dengan baik.
- Menjalankan tugas housekeeping lainnya sesuai kebutuhan operasional villa.
