Housekeeping Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Community Appearance Specialist to join our team. This part-time position is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property, as well as cleaning interior spaces including offices, clubhouse, apartments and common areas. They will also help with monthly inspections.

Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the property interior

Housekeeping

• Clean vacant apartments and prepare them for new residents
• Trash out move out apartments
• Maintain model units to a high presentation standard
• Clean clubhouse, offices, and other common areas
• Ensure all interior spaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for use

Experience

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Position Details:

• Part-time position
