Housekeeping

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, reception areas, toilets, staff areas, and other facilities.
• Clean and prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
• Change and organize towels, linens, and other housekeeping supplies.
• Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and properly organized throughout the day.
• Replenish toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other necessary items.
• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and products.
• Report any damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or facility concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards throughout the spa/salon.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and inform the supervisor when stock needs to be replenished.
• Follow company hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Support other housekeeping duties as required by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a spa, salon, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Good attitude and professional appearance.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
