Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve a pristine appearance
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and report needs for restocking or maintenance
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling or training new team members (if applicable)

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a focus on sanitation and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and laundry operations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously
• Ability to perform janitorial tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and products used in sanitation practices
• Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus
