Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows to maintain a pristine environment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when stock needs replenishing.

Experience

• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with guest service standards.
• Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles that showcase attention to detail and efficiency in completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
