About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team in Pejeng Kangin, Gianyar, Bali. You will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across our hospitality properties. Your work will directly contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences and upholding our reputation for excellence in the hospitality and tourism industry.

What you'll be doing

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Changing bed linens, towels and other textiles in accordance with property standards
• Restocking guest amenities including toiletries, beverages and other supplies
• Inspecting rooms and reporting any maintenance issues or damage to management
• Adhering to all health, safety and sanitation protocols and procedures
• Responding promptly to guest requests and special cleaning needs
• Managing and organising cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
• Working collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure seamless operations
• Maintaining accurate records of room status and cleaning activities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in housekeeping or similar cleaning roles within a hospitality or hotel environment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to efficiently complete tasks
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day
• Reliability and punctuality with a professional work ethic
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and equipment
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures consistently
• Basic communication skills and a courteous demeanour towards guests and colleagues
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
