Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas, including guest rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and other common areas.

• Ensure that cleaning equipment such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning supplies are in good working order and readily available.

• Reporting equipment malfunctions to management.

• Organizing supplies in storage areas so they are easily accessible and well-organized.

• Adhering to established cleaning and safety procedures.

• Assisting with additional tasks as needed, such as preparing rooms for events.

• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience as a housekeeping in Hotel / Villa.

• Understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards.

• Disciplined, honest, and possess a positive work attitude.

• Friendly and professional when interacting with guests.

• Able to speak English.

• Willing to work in the Umalas area.
