About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Housekeeping Staff to ensure our villas are clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and ready for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation according to company standards.
• Change linens, towels, and replenish amenities.
• Check and report any maintenance issues or damaged items.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
• Support villa preparation before guest arrival and after check-out.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and housekeeping SOPs.
• Work closely with the Villa Supervisor and Operations team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, villa, or hospitality environment.
• Good understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and positive attitude.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Bali domicile is preferred (Area Uluwatu)
