- Memastikan kebersihan, kenyamanan, dan kesiapan unit untuk check-in, serah terima, atau kebutuhan operasional.
- Menggunakan, merawat, dan menjaga kelengkapan peralatan serta bahan kebersihan sesuai SOP dan standar K3.
- Melakukan deep cleaning sesuai jadwal serta melaporkan kerusakan fasilitas atau kebutuhan perlengkapan kepada atasan.
- Memberikan pelayanan yang ramah dan profesional kepada tamu/penghuni serta mendukung operasional properti sesuai kebutuhan.
