Responsibilities

• IHG way of cleaning
• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
• Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and polishing to preserve flooring quality
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring guest or resident satisfaction
• Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in storage areas
• Follow safety protocols related to sanitation procedures and the proper use of cleaning equipment

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial work or commercial cleaning environments
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
• Experience with laundry operations and sanitation practices in various settings
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies; experience with hotel or housekeeping management is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
