About the role

This is a housekeeping position responsible for maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned areas to meet the property's cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned areas
• Ensure rooms are properly arranged and meet the property's cleanliness standards
• Change bed linens, towels, and other room amenities as needed
• Replenish guest supplies and report any damaged or missing items
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping-related tasks when required
• Report maintenance concerns, lost and found items, and other issues to the supervisor
• Follow proper cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hotel policies
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests

About you

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage
• Hardworking, reliable, and responsible
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
