Requirements
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Hospitality experience (Hotel/SPA) is preferred
- Diligent, disciplined, with a strong understanding of Service Courtesy.
- Maintains high standards of personal grooming and neatness.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, aesthetics, and hygiene of all SPA and treatment areas.
- Sterilize, clean, and maintain all equipment and facilities according to SOP.
- Prepare and neatly arrange all guest amenities (towels, robes, etc.).
- Serve beverages and provide friendly, courteous service to guests.
