Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces.
• Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Adhere to hotel policies and standards to deliver consistent service quality that exceeds guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience or janitorial experience is highly preferred; familiarity with cleaning protocols is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectively.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional hospitality service are essential.

Pay: From £13.09 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
