Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across assigned villa units.
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.
• Assign daily tasks and schedules to Housekeeping staff and monitor work performance.
• Conduct room inspections and ensure cleanliness, presentation, and readiness meet established standards.
• Monitor the availability and proper use of linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
• Train, guide, and evaluate Housekeeping team members to maintain service and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments regarding room status, guest requests, maintenance issues, and operational needs.
• Handle and follow up on guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, lost & found items, and other operational concerns to the relevant department.
• Maintain proper housekeeping records, reports, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Support the Housekeeping team during busy operational periods and ensure smooth daily operations.
