Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas efficiently and thoroughly, adhering to established standards.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness in storage closets, laundry areas, and supply rooms for optimal organization.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Training available and Previous hotel experience or janitorial experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning protocols and standards is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices enhances your ability to meet guest expectations.

Pay: £12.71-£12.72 per hour
