Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Conduct floor care activities such as polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine flooring conditions.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing requests promptly and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and functioning.
• Support housekeeping management by adhering to schedules, safety guidelines, and quality standards consistently.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques.
• Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Capable of handling cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, carpet cleaners, and steamers safely and effectively.
