Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
• Maintain floors through specialized care including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and buffing to ensure a polished appearance.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a safe and healthy environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client or guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking cleaning products and equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute detailed cleaning routines for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and commercial spaces with precision and care.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with janitorial tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation procedures, and laundry is essential.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques using various tools and equipment is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients or guests.
• Previous work in hospitality or hospitality-related environments can provide valuable insight into guest expectations.
