Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, organization, and customer service.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of surfaces.
• Sanitate all surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment for residents or guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns.
• Carry out custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings as needed.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all individuals in the space.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
• Familiarity with custodial duties such as floor care and sanitization practices is a plus.
