Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure quick resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices during industrial or custodial cleaning tasks.
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary to support overall housekeeping operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques for both hospitality settings and industrial environments enhances effectiveness.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards ensures consistent delivery of quality service.
• Experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, or chemical sprayers is advantageous.
