Job Summary

The Housekeeping staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of the company's facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or facility maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in proper cleaning methods, equipment, and facility upkeep.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned at Union Motors Corp. – Cainta Hub.
• Willing to work under a Project-Based employment arrangement.
• Can start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cleaning and Sanitation

• Clean and sanitize offices, work areas, restrooms, hallways, pantry, and other assigned facilities.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste following proper waste management procedures.
• Replenish restroom and pantry supplies as needed.

2. Facility Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and proper facility condition.
• Perform basic facility maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, tightening loose fixtures, and reporting plumbing, electrical, or structural issues.
• Monitor the condition of cleaning equipment and report any defects or repair needs.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Team regarding repairs and facility concerns.
• Ensure walkways, entrances, parking areas, and common areas remain clean, safe, and hazard-free.
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals in accordance with company safety standards.

Pay: Php19,692.00 - Php22,692.00 per month
