Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various environments, including hotels and commercial spaces. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a clean environment.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and presentable for use.
• Clean and maintain carpets, ensuring they are free from stains and debris.
• Manage housekeeping supplies effectively, reporting any shortages or needs to management.
• Assist with floor care, including sweeping, waxing, and polishing as required.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices is a plus.
• Skills in basic cooking may be beneficial for specific roles within the hospitality sector.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
