Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our premises, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial services is highly desirable. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional and friendly working environment.

Duties

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards
• Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all areas are tidy and presentable
• Hoover carpets, mop floors, dust surfaces, and remove rubbish
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organised manner
• Assist with laundry duties as required
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and courteously

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, health & safety regulations, and the use of cleaning equipment is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards

Please note weekend availability is essential.
