Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as required.
• Implement sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently.
• Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to maintain high-quality results across various surfaces.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and moving furniture or equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors regularly.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to follow cleaning and sanitation procedures meticulously.
• Experience with floor cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and floor care maintenance.
• Knowledge of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper handling of cleaning supplies.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in various environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs and expectations.
