Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock cleaning materials as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans to uphold cleanliness excellence.

Skills

• Experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform janitorial tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Experience with commercial laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners.
• Basic cooking skills are advantageous for roles that involve meal prep or kitchen upkeep in hospitality settings.
