Fitness International is a fast-paced, fast-growing health club company with over 700 clubs in the U.S. and Canada. We are launching a new luxury fitness brand in the Irvine, CA area, and are looking for one person to be the club's Facility Manager. • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Committed to holding the upmost safety and sanitation standards
• Perform other duties/ tasks/ projects as assigned
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times, despite the "unclean" nature of some repair work
• Ability to move and lift equipment 50-75 Ibs, always keeping safety in mind
• Basic drywall and plumbing repair
• Ability to walk/stand for 8 hours a day
• Passion for fitness/health/wellness/enjoy being around others and working with the general public

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
