Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and laundry facilities, ensuring that all linens and garments are laundered to the highest standards. Your commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our guests' satisfaction and overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques.
• Handle dry cleaning processes for garments as needed, ensuring proper care for different fabric types.
• Maintain cleanliness in laundry areas, including organizing supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen stock.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of laundering techniques, including stain removal and fabric care.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
