Housekeeping

Hoshinoya Bali is a luxury resort consist of 30 villas located in Tampaksiring, Ubud. We combine Indonesian and Japanese culture into our resort identity. Currently, we are looking for Housekeeping Staff to join our team.

Descriptions:

• Perform daily cleaning, room preparation, and servicing to ensure guest comfort.
• Follow housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies properly.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with the service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Housekeeping or related.

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort, is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.

• Service-oriented attitude with a professional and friendly manner.

• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
