Housekeeping

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Provide carpet cleaning services as needed to maintain the appearance of flooring.
• Assist with basic cooking or meal preparation when required.
• Respond promptly to client requests and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies is essential.
