Housekeeping

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room amenities.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in all assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and any room damage to the supervisor.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Follow hotel SOPs and maintain excellent service standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
