Housekeeping

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at our Hotel. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable to meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-maintained.
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, toilets, and countertops.
• Conduct thorough residential cleaning tasks to ensure a tidy living environment.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas of commercial properties, such as lobbies and break rooms.
• Assist in floor care maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and buffing as required.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold cleanliness standards across all facilities.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is advantageous.
• Basic cooking skills may be beneficial for roles that require meal preparation alongside cleaning duties.
