We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards.
• Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all areas are tidy and presentable.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties.
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored properly and used efficiently.
• Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linen and towels.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or special requirements with professionalism and courtesy.

Skills

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Good organisational skills to manage time effectively across multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if necessary.
