This role involves various cleaning tasks, including custodial duties, floor care, and sanitization of living spaces. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchens by washing dishes, cleaning appliances, and sanitizing countertops.
• Execute floor care tasks including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned according to company standards and client specifications.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and methods is essential.
