HOUSEKEEPING DAILY WORKER

The Housekeeping Daily Worker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for resort guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to resort standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, windows, and balconies/terraces.
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, drinking water, tissues, and minibar items
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and recreational facilities.
• Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies properly.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Handle lost-and-found items in accordance with resort procedures.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good attention to detail and time management skills.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Honest, reliable, and responsible.
