What You’ll Do

Lead a Top in Class Housekeeping Team

• Build, schedule, and lead a high-performing housekeeping team across apartments, common areas, and shared spaces
• Set clear expectations and coach your team to deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Train, develop, and retain team members who take pride in their work and care for residents
• Conduct regular quality checks and elevate standards continuously

Create a Safe, Welcoming Environment

• Ensure all resident and community spaces are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
• Champion safe practices, including proper chemical use and emergency procedures
• Partner with Maintenance and Sales teams to prepare apartments for new residents

Drive Operational Excellence

• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies within budget
• Oversee laundry services for residents and community needs
• Set monthly goals that go beyond routine cleaning to elevate the overall environment

Support Residents with Care and Responsiveness

• Welcome new residents by walking them through housekeeping services and expectations
• Respond to requests, concerns, and special needs with professionalism and empathy
• Stay attentive to resident well-being and communicate any concerns to leadership
