About the Role: ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Daytime team member to join our growing crew in Philadelphia, MS. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties during daytime hours at assigned commercial locations
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, hallways, and common areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a healthy environment
• Communicate with supervisors regarding supply needs or maintenance concerns

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
• Must be available for daytime hours
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites a plus
