Housekeeping Executive

Operational Management

• Supervise daily cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back‑of‑house.
• Ensure rooms are released to Front Office on time after inspection.
• Coordinate with Engineering for out‑of‑order rooms and maintenance issues.

2. Staff Supervision & Training

• Manage room attendants, supervisors, laundry staff, and public area cleaners.
• Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks based on occupancy forecasts.
• Conduct training on cleaning standards, safety protocols, and guest service etiquette.

3. Quality Control

• Develop and enforce cleaning standards and inspection protocols.
• Conduct regular room and public area inspections.
• Act on guest feedback regarding cleanliness and service.

4. Inventory & Budget Management

• Maintain linen, terry, and amenity par levels.
• Control condemned linen and manage chemical/equipment purchases.
• Monitor departmental payroll, overtime, and housekeeping cost per occupied room.

5. Guest Satisfaction

• Handle special requests (extra amenities, allergy‑friendly rooms).
• Resolve guest complaints related to cleanliness or housekeeping service.
• Ensure hygiene standards align with brand audits and franchise requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
