Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel premises
• Ensure housekeeping standards and hygiene protocols are properly followed
• Coordinate room cleaning schedules and inspect rooms before guest check-in
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory records
• Handle guest requests and ensure a comfortable guest experience
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments for smooth operations
• Train and guide housekeeping staff to maintain service quality

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning standards
• Leadership and team management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
• Good communication and guest-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
