HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee daily housekeeping and cleaning operations.

Plan and coordinate manpower deployment according to operational requirements and cleaning schedules.

Monitor cleaners’ attendance, punctuality and daily deployment.

Ensure cleaning duties are properly assigned and completed according to required standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure cleanliness and service standards are maintained.

Coordinate with supervisors and cleaning teams to address operational issues promptly.

Monitor manpower shortages and arrange deployment to cover operational needs.

Provide on-the-job guidance and coaching to cleaning staff.

Handle customer/site feedback and follow up on corrective actions.

Maintain daily operational records, attendance and deployment reports.

Support housekeeping supervisors in managing daily operations and manpower planning.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, workplace safety requirements and airport regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, cleaning operations, facilities management or a related field.

Experience in manpower deployment and cleaning operations will be an advantage.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Able to manage a team of cleaners and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment, including shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.

Basic computer skills for attendance, deployment and reporting.

Candidates with airport cleaning or facilities management experience are encouraged to apply.
