Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Ensure cleanliness of rooms, washrooms, and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain hygiene standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Address guest complaints and coordinate maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Maintain attendance records and duty schedules.

Requirements

• Any Degree with 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• Kannada proficiency is mandatory.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of hygiene and workplace safety standards.
