Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

Job Description: Supervise the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and floors, ensuring room availability according to Sofitel standards and operational priorities, under the supervision of the Housekeeping Manager. Main Responsibilities: Contribute to the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and room inspections. Participate in deep cleaning of guest rooms and floors. Contribute to final room inspections before opening. Participate in defining the floor team schedules. Supervise the work of the Floor Attendants. Check and inspect rooms before they are returned to Vacant Clean Inspected (VCI) status. Prioritize rooms according to VIP/Suite/early arrivals. Manage linen and amenity stocks for your area in the service areas. Coordinate with the Front Office to monitor room status in real time. Report any technical issues to Maintenance. Train, mentor, and evaluate the Floor Attendants. Manage customer complaints according to Sofitel models. Participate in ensuring compliance with Sofitel standards and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Profile:

• Diploma in hospitality or equivalent preferred.
• Confirmed experience (2 to 3 years minimum) in housekeeping, ideally in a luxury hotel.
• Mastery of French and Arabic; English desired.
• Mastering a PMS (OPERA appr ci).
• Leadership, rigor, attention to detail and organization.
• Responsiveness and ability to manage priorities during periods of high activity.
