Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our Hampton Inn team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean for guests.
• Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services preferred.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices in a hospitality setting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
