Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of all housekeeping areas to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are met consistently
• Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, providing training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations
• Ensure adherence to industrial and commercial cleaning protocols, including janitorial and laundry services
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and sanitation policies to prevent hazards and promote a safe working environment
• Manage cleaning schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and oversee daily operations for optimal team performance
• Conduct regular audits of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure proper usage and maintenance
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement cleaning & sanitation management strategies that enhance service quality

Skills

• Extensive experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on sanitation and safety regulations
• Proven staff supervision and team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, commercial cleaning practices, and janitorial procedures
• Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate tasks clearly and foster a positive team atmosphere
• Customer service orientation with the ability to address concerns promptly and professionally
• Experience in managing laundry operations within hospitality or institutional settings

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
