Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest and public areas.
• Clean floors, corridors, washrooms, staircases, lobby areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and perform routine cleaning activities.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms and replenish required supplies.
• Collect and dispose of garbage as per hygiene standards.
• Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools safely.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Support the Housekeeping team with deep-cleaning activities whenever required.
• Follow hotel hygiene, grooming, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping equipment.
• Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Disciplined, punctual, hygienic, and team-oriented.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹14,000
• Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner provided
• Location: Ginger Bhubaneswar
