Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and uniforms to ensure availability and quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other designated areas according to established protocols
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning agents, and linens to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and laundry equipment to prevent accidents or damage
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the appropriate department for swift resolution
• Adhere to hotel policies on hygiene standards, confidentiality, and guest privacy at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality service
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing for long periods, lifting heavy loads, and bending frequently
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
