Housekeeping Manager

Roles and Responsibility

• Oversee daily housekeeping activities, including room inspections and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff to ensure excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies usage, inventory management, and staff performance.
