Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure timely and efficient cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to uphold cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
• Develop staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity
• Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to prevent shortages and control costs
• Enforce health and safety regulations related to janitorial practices and industrial cleaning procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly and resolve any maintenance or cleanliness issues

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial best practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Familiarity with hotel operations, guest service standards, and hospitality industry best practices
• Ability to perform janitorial tasks including detailed cleaning, floor care, and equipment operation
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management or custodial services are a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
