About the Role

Auramah Valley is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage housekeeping operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, guest comfort, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest areas, public areas, staff accommodation, and back-of-house areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Manage staff scheduling, duty allocation, attendance, and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Handle guest complaints and special housekeeping requests professionally.
• Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies, uniforms, and guest amenities.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for timely procurement.
• Develop and implement SOPs, cleaning schedules, and checklists.
• Train and motivate housekeeping teams on service standards, grooming, and safety.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Prepare housekeeping reports and support cost-control initiatives.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Certification in Housekeeping Operations will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements – Mandatory

• 5–8 years of relevant housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality properties.
• Candidates must have relevant experience with Taj Hotels or The Oberoi Group.
• Candidates from other hotel groups will not be considered.
• Prior experience in a managerial/supervisory housekeeping role is preferred.
• Pan India candidates are welcome to apply.
