Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance operations within our hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all hotel areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and back-of-house facilities.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control measures to ensure consistent standards of cleanliness.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote a high-performance team dedicated to excellence in service.
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness standards, safety compliance, and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest requests or concerns promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, laundry operations, and janitorial services.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of management principles related to housekeeping operations and guest service standards.
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to custodial work and chemical handling is advantageous. Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
